Position: Oracle DBA

Here is the Job Discription:

This person must be able to implement, enhance, and support Oracle database systems with SIEBEL in a 9i 10g, RAC environment for support of business goals.

This position entails all aspects of database design, performance monitoring-tuning, backup-recovery, shell scripting, software installation-upgrades, troubleshooting, and proactively maintaining all production databases.

Team with Applications support, Hardware, Operating System and Network engineers toward maximizing up time in current and planned systems. Backup and Restore production databases.

Administer users and enforce database security.

Create and maintain documentation of all production policies, procedures, server configurations, error logs, maintenance records and product troubleshooting instructions.

Identify, troubleshoot, resolve, and communicate issues that affect the systems, servers and database related products.
